This year we will be livestreaming our Annual General Meeting online with webcasting service, giving you the opportunity to watch the proceedings online, using your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Unitholders will have the opportunity to participate in our Annual General Meeting by submitting questions "live" and voting "live" at the respective meetings.

Unitholders who wish to vote at the meeting can pre-register online by 18 July 2022, 3.00 p.m. (Singapore Time) to attend and vote (in real time) at the meeting via electronic means.

If unitholders do not wish to attend and vote at the meeting, they can appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf or appoint the Chairman of the meeting as proxy to vote on their behalf. For NetLink NBN Trust, the cut-off time for submission of proxies is 2.00 p.m. (Singapore Time), 18 July 2022.  For Singapore NBN Trust, the cut-off time for submission of proxies is 3.00 p.m. (Singapore Time), 18 July 2022.
