This year, HMC’s 18th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be conducted by way of electronic means. The proceedings will be livestreamed via a webcasting service, and you will be able to attend the AGM online using your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
If you wish to attend the AGM, please register by 10.00 a.m. on 27 July 2025 (Singapore Time) to enable the Company sufficient time to verify your shareholding status.
If you do not wish to, or are unable to, attend the AGM, you may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. Please complete and submit the proxy form in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notice of AGM, no later than 10.00 a.m. on 27 July 2025 (Singapore Time).
Verified shareholders and duly appointed proxies will receive a confirmation email by 10.00 a.m. on 29 July 2025 containing the login credentials and the link to access the live webcast.
